Dia de los Muertos Dinner Party

On Thursday night I had the opportunity to host a group of friends for a birthday dinner, and what better theme than colorful skulls as we were right in the middle of Dia de los Muertos celebrations?! Between work all week I didn’t have much time to prepare, so it’s helpful that I am a hoarder of all things party decor :D The only items I purchased were the plates and napkins! Colorful scrapbook paper helped to brighten an otherwise dull white tablecloth and black runner. We served enchiladas, flautas, rice and beans, and of course, Jarritos!
